We like to instil clear and honest communication between parties from start to finish. This ensures expectations regarding time, quality, materials, and labour are carefully managed whilst keeping an eye on affordability as well as attention to detail.
We work in an integrated approach as a hub or collective and act as a main contractor bringing in all the various building trades. We also work collaboratively with principal design architects and professionals right from the initial design process and all the way to completion of a building project.

Alexandr Ghidirim
Co-Founder / Managing Director
Alexandr Ghidirim, Founder and Projects Director has been in construction, property and retail refurbishment for 14+ years across London, closely working with all trades and design/interiors professionals to ensure a fantastic result irrespective of the size, scale and budget. Responsible for the overall construction of all projects, he and his multi-trades team keep an efficient and dynamic working space that comes with a palpable sense of geometry and flow.
Speaking 6 Eastern European languages fluently including English, Alexandr commands the trades across the building sites, is a natural facilitator and straight forward. His focus on build quality, detail and structural integrity instils trust, and he has high yet grounded ambitions for all construction projects.
Zofia Sharman
Co-Founder / Operations Director
Zofia has a background in relationship development running teams and their operations in a range of corporate environments, expertise she has brought to Procoelum since its inception.
Working both in the UK and internationally Zofia has a passion for excellence in delivery, trust and care in collaboration. As the lead of operations and as a woman in construction she brings a fresh perspective that is the signature of the client experience at Procoelum.
